As a person with not much experience in coffee preparation/making, I was looking for a course that provided some theory, but mainly hands on practical work, and the Espresso School definately provided that, going through each stage in great detail. The online student resource centre is great too, very helpful!

Thank you very much for a fantastic training course. Explanations and content were very detailed and helpful; I thoroughly enjoyed the “chemistry lesson” behind coffee making that was quite interesting. I especially enjoyed the hands on coffee making experience from basic grinding to the actual coffee making. Well worth the experience! Highly recommended.

Thank you very much for the training today. Not only did I learn how to get great steam from my machine [Gaggia Classic] (which was the main thing I wanted to learn), but I got lots of other great tips too. It was only when I was telling my wife about the session that I realised just how much I had learned! I can now dose better, tamp better, time my shots better and steam the milk better. It was well worth the money and I'd be happy to recommend you to my friends.
