While the training was more than adequate, the follow up to it was extremely poor. The advert promises a 2 hr free practice session and job referral, one of the main reasons why i took up the course in the first place and decided to part with my hard earned cash. However after calling everyday for the 2 week period after I received no assistance. I was told that I had to book in a practice course on the day itself at 9am, fair enough, so everyday I would call at the allotted time to book in a session only to be told that I would have to call the next day or that it was full up for the next week. How could it be 'full up' if you had to book it on the day itself. Very poor customer service and worth avoiding the hassle in my opinion! Practice sessions a must given that there's a lot to take in during the session itself!

It was interesting and fun learning how to make different types of coffees and beneficial to my job application process.

The training I received was superb. For a complete beginner I felt so equipped after the full day training and accredited training. It definitely was worth my money.
